Richard (Dick) Dvorak is the Vice President of Workscapes, Inc. His wife, Elizabeth Dvorak, founded the company in 1998. Workscapes is a full-service office furniture and space planning

dealership representing over 250 manufacturers of high quality office furniture and is the exclusive Central Florida dealer of Knoll Furniture. Workscapes is headquartered in Orlando with sattelight offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Jacksonville. In just fifteen (15) years, Workscapes has grown into a multi-million dollar, multiple location enterprise.

Workscapes continues to focus on building strong, mutually beneficial client relationships, offering a variety of products and actively engaging in community involvement. Dick and many of the Workscapes’ team are actively involved in many community organizations, including Restore Orlando, Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, Seminole Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Orlando Partnership, and NAIOP.

Dick is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where he earned a B.A. degree in Business. He has extensive experience in executive management and worked in upper management for several national organizations prior to the founding of Workscapes. Recognized for his strong leadership skills, Dick effectively motivates his sales team and passionately advocates an equal balance between career and family life for both himself and his employees.

Workscapes is listed on the Orlando Business Journal’s Golden 100 List and was named Associate Member of the Year by NAIOP, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
