GLOBAL MANAGEMENT

Luxoft’s top management is currently located at the company headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. Luxoft’s mid-level man-agers are planning to move, within the next 12 months, to Switzerland, Germa-ny, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The company will continue hiring international industry leaders to expand an effective and focused sales organiza-tion.

GLOBAL CUSTOMER SERVICE Luxoft will extend key client-operating geographies in the United States and developed Europe. In addition, the company will increase onsite presales support (led by industry experts) and the overall client-facing onshore component. Luxoft will cap its onsite head-count at 15%, currently standing at 10%.

GLOBAL DELIVERY

Luxoft will limit exposure to any geography in terms of the total engineering headcount of 30% in the mid-term, and 25% in the long term. Luxoft is looking to expand location-al growth in Asia-Pacific and the EU, with at least one more Eastern European office in the near future.

GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS Luxoft will continue a transparent public relations campaign as it relates to our hiring strategies. The company will also maintain an active dialogue with For-rester, Gartner, IDC, and the sell and buy side analyst communities. The company will also optimize internal communication processes regarding the policies gov-erning the Global Upgrade program.

GLOBAL CULTURE

Luxoft will continue to optimize the col-laboration processes in place for our global teams; organize a series of learn-ing sessions focused on leadership and team management on a global scale; and continue to reinforce the true global working environment through cross-lo-cation and cross-cultural activities.

THE GLOBAL MODEL Today, Luxoft develops its solutions and delivers its services from 17 dedicated delivery centers worldwide. The company deploys a distributed global delivery model that allows Luxoft to deliver services to clients from multiple locations while al-leviating time zone, geographic proximity, and travel logistics issues. The model allows Luxoft to remain agile, nimble, and scalable; the company can assemble teams that can work cohesively together across various geographies and delivery superior and quality results. This model has proven itself time after time, most notably because the global multinational companies choose working with Luxoft over the competition.

THE RELOCATIONLuxoft intends to remain an active and significant employer in all of the countries in which the company currently oper-ates, while hoping to accelerate growth in other new locations.

Newcomers to Luxoft have the unique opportunity to build a qualified portfolio of experience from working on mis-sion-critical engagements for the company’s global, Fortune 500 clients. Luxoft believes in their highly qualified talent, through the relocation program, to train, seed, and grow new teams for the seamless expansion of the company for years of continued growth.

In May 2014, Luxoft launched Global Upgrade – a corporate change program spanning across both internal and external elements of the company’s business. The program’s goal is to foster increased growth across key geographies, reinforce the company’s reputation of a global provider of complex IT services and solutions, and mitigate operational and macroeconomic risks.

We serve multinational organizations through our global delivery model which is comprised of an optimal mix of near-shore, offshore, and on-site delivery centers and operations in Europe, North America, and Asia. This approach enables us to continually harvest and foster the best engineering talent and provide top quality services to our diverse client base.
