Establish in 1986 Corodex Marine has achieved the quality and service excellence

in marine and industrial chemical cleaning. With a technically advanced and well

experienced team Corodex Marine has executed various projects in cleaning

di�erent heat exchangers and performing pre-commissioning, Pickling, and Passiv-

ation for large heat exchangers at large desalination units. We excel in various

desalination plant piping cleaning like condensate return piping, cleaning and

preserving all types of boilers and water borne systems.

Our cleaning and preservation process comply with internationally accepted and

proven standards, and are carried out under the supervision of highly quali�ed and

experienced engineers.

well diversi�ed group with over 30 years of experience in the �eld of water treat-

ment chemicals, water and wastewater treatment, Marine and industrial chemical

Services

Stainless steel can corrode in service if there is contamination

of the surface. Both pickling and passivation are chemical

treatments applied to the surface of stainless steel to remove

contaminants and assist the formation of a continuous

chromium-oxide, passive �lm.

Systems such as fuel lines, lube lines, oil transfer lines and

hydraulic systems require extremely clean piping. This is

supported by empirical evidence that the life cycle of the

equipment seriously decay when connected to contaminated

components. Oil �ushing is the industry norm for cleaning

pipes.

Helium Leak testing with laboratory standard based mass

spectrometer is recognized throughout the world as the only

method for quantifying a leak.

CMS o�er both Air/Helium and Nitrogen/Helium testing

options for new build construction on Hydrocarbon systems.

Existing piping systems in service that are a�ected by contami-

nants, organic and inorganic scales will su�er reduced �ow rate

or a�ect heat trasfer. We can o�er tailored chemical cleaning

and retrojet services for most new build and existing systems

on a case-by-case basis.

Hydrotesting:

CMS supply Spool piece Hydrotesting as part of our pre-com-

missioning package. CMS can also reinstate spools after

Hydrotesting if piping modi�cation takes place prior to �nal

leak test. This ensures structural integrity which in turn

increases safety to all personnel and minimizes barriers

around test areas allowing for simultaneous operations in a

construction environment.
