Cornwall Local Plan Schedule of Saved Local Plan

Policies Replaced by the Strategic Policies in the Local

Plan.

The Cornwall Local Plan lists those saved policies that are to be replaced. The

following identifies which of the Strategic Local Plan Policies will replace each

former saved policy. Because of the strategic nature of the Local Plan only the

most relevant policies have been identified.

Cornwall Local Plan Policy 1: Presumption in Favour of

Sustainable Development

Due to its Strategic nature this Policy replaces all of the saved Local Plan Policies

listed as being replaced and they are therefore not repeated here.
