Goldcorp/Corex - Joint Venture Corex Gold Corp has signed an Earn-In agreement with Goldcorp Inc. (TSX:G)

100% owned by Corex Gold 40,000 hectares located 15 km

from Goldcorp's Penasquito deposit

Goldcorp can Earn-In to a 70% interest in the Zuloaga property by spending US$4,000,000 over a 5-year.

Goldcorp shall have the option to increase its interest from 70% to 80% upon paying 100% of the expenditures associated with placing the Property into commercial production.

Management & Directors

Craig Schneider, BA President & CEO Mr. Schneider joined Corex Gold Corp in November 2003, and has been instrumental in advancing the company to its current stage of development. Mr. Schneider has over 15 years experience in the administration and financing of junior companies, and holds a B.A from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Schneider was also a founder and Director of Magnum Uranium a TSX.V listed company which was purchased by Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX:EFR) in 2009. Stephen Tong Director Stephen Tong was educated at the University of British Columbia where he received his B.A. in 1992, and at the University of Manitoba where he received his LL.B. in 1998. Stephen was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1999. The bulk of Stephen's practice focuses on financings including initial public offerings and private placements, public listings, reverse takeovers and changes of business, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and continuous disclosure matters. In addition, Stephen sits on the Board of Directors of several private and public companies and performs various in-house counsel roles. Kevin Puil Director Mr. Puil is a former fund manager and analyst with over 18 years of experience managing natural resource investments. Currently he is the managing partner at RIVI Capital, a natural resource focused private equity firm. Prior to that, he held senior positions at several firms including Bolder Investment Partners (now Haywood Securities), where he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager; Gissen & Associates as Portfolio Manager and the Encompass Fund as Senior Analyst of natural resources. Kevin holds a degree in Economics from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Terese Gieselman CFO 22 yrs experience in the resource industry with the TSX, TSX.V, NASDAQ and AMEX, as Chief Financial Officer, treasurer and corporate secretary.

Chester Miller Mr. Millar's illustrious career in the mining industry commenced in the 1960's when he discovered and developed the highly successful Afton Mines Ltd. open-pit copper-gold mine near Kamloops, Canada. Afton Mines Ltd. was ultimately acquired by Teck Cominco Ltd. (now Teck Resources Limited). Mr. Millar was also Chairman of Castle Gold Corporation (acquired by Argonaut Gold Inc.) from August 2004 to September 2008, and Chairman of Pediment Gold Corp. (acquired by Argonaut Gold Inc.) from April 2008 to January 2011. Mr. Millar is a graduate from the University of British Columbia with a degree in geological engineering. Chester Millar has few equals as a builder of junior companies. Mr. Millar is considered a pioneer of heap leach gold production and large-scale bulk mining methods and techniques used for mining low-grade gold deposits worldwide He served as Chairman of Glamis Gold from 1985 to 1998 and as Chairman of Eldorado Gold from 1992 to 1994, steering both companies to producer status. He co-founded Alamos Gold and guided its acquisition of the Mulatos gold project in Mexico. Over the years he has also contributed to the growth of many other junior companies. Chris Babcock Mr. Babcock was the Manager of Mexico for Alamos Gold during the early development of the Mulatos project. He was also involved in the development of the La Colorada Mine located 150km from the Santana property. His involvement in the early 1990's for Eldorado Gold included completing a bulk heap leach test and the design, construction and initial operations of the commercial heap leach facility.
