Board NominationsAt the Annual Meeting this year, you will elect five board members. Four existing board members can stand for a second three year term and you will need to elect one new board member for an initial three year term. The nomination process will remain open until July 8th and you are encouraged to submit your nominees to Mr. Ralph Moore, Nominating Committee Chairman.

RecyclingAll beverage containers must be recycled. Please notice the blue recycle bins on the pool deck. Together we can do our part to help the environment. By recycling we reduce the consumption of raw materials, energy usage and gas emissions. Thank you for your cooperation.

ReservationsPlease be advised to call the Club for all reservations as the Ocean Room lunch and dinner schedules may be altered due to Club functions and/or private parties. It is important to make reservations so that we can accommodate all member requests. Please refer to the monthly calendar for times of operation of all food and beverage areas. Guest Sign InGuest sign in sheets are provided at the pool and in the front office for tennis and bridge. The definition of a guest is described under Daily Guest Fees. It is extremely important for you to sign in properly when using the facilities. Remember that grandchildren under 19 are members and need to be signed in as a member. Example: You as the member are going to the pool with your two grandchildren under 19 and a friend. You would sign in at the pool as 3 members and 1 guest. Please take your time, sign in correctly and sign your name legibly. This will ensure your account is posted properly.
