Notices1. It is required that all residents must use trash cans

when bringing their trash out to the curb for pick-up. 2. Please remember to follow the 15 MPH speed limit

when driving in the community. There have been multiple reports of residents speeding, creating a danger for those who are walking and riding their bikes.

3. The Elkton Post Office is now open! Please use the door at the end of the ramp on the left side of the building to enter. They are going to begin work to add the new section as well as pave the parking lot.

4. Parking in the street has become a safety concern for our community. We now have a night monitor for the community that will be tagging vehicles that are in violation of our parking expectations. If your car is tagged and not moved within 24 hours it will be towed.

5. We all love our furry friends, but we must also be responsible and pick up their waste. Please alert office staff if the dog park is out of “doggy bags.”

6. Also in regards to our furry friends, please make sure your dog is leashed at ALL times. It is important for their safety and that of our residents.

7. Some residents have reported suspicious phone calls from someone claiming to be part of Coquina Crossing’s office staff. If you receive such a call, please take down the caller’s phone number and alert our office staff immediately.

8. If you are a new resident (since June), please see Twyla for your official Coquina Crossing name tag.

9. From now until December 31st ELS is offering to list your house for 0% commission. Call Sandy or Mark at 904.810.5000 for more details!
