GreenTech Malaysia has been appointed by Asean Centre for Energy (ACE) as Certification Body for Malaysia Officially launched in Malaysia by Minister of KeTTHA on 19th July 2011. Objectives To reduce energy consumption from the manufacturing industrial sector in ASEAN countries by 100,000 MWh; To reduce emissions of greenhouse gases by 55,000 t-CO2 equivalent in ASEAN countries ; and To increase the professional standing of accredited energy managers. Project Brief/Summary

The scheme will train and certify energy managers who will then implement sustainable energy management systems within their industries/companies.
