We will look at how to find yourmonthly income, list and balance your expensesand set simple financial goals. We will create asample budget and look at some easy to useonline budgeting calculators. Note: Studentsshould be able to add and subtract before takingthis class.

Resume Writing for BeginnersJan. 30- 10am - 12pm

With a little extra effort, you can create a greatresume. This class will explain what to include inyour resume. You will learn about three differentresume styles and get a few tips to ensure you getthat job.

Progressive Spelling 2

Jan. 31- 10am - 12pm

This spelling class covers most consonant blendsat the beginning of words: bl, pl, cl, thr, spr, spl, cr,pr. It also covers consonant blends at the end ofwords: sk, ck, ll, nk, lk. Learn how to combinevowels together to make long vowel sounds inwords. We'll end by reviewing some difficult wordsto spell.

Take the skills you learned in Introduction toFractions a step further by learning to add andsubtract fractions. It's not as hard as you think.Note: Students should be able to add, subtract,multiply and divide to find a commondenominator before taking this class.
