The Goa crime branch told a court on
Saturday that the CCTV camera at
Candolim's Fabindia outlet was
“intentionally focused to capture the
images (of women) while changing clothes
in the trial room and to view
subsequently“.Pointing out that the
modesty of women who changed clothes
in the trial room had been outraged, the
agency stated that the act also intruded
women's privacy .
“All the accused persons involved in

women who have visited the Fabindia
store at Candolim and used the trial room
for changing clothes. Most of the accused
are presently at large and only
interrogation would reveal the names of
those involved in the crimes,“ they said.
The Fabindia staffs were also accused
of attempting to destroy evidence by
“trying to shift the position of one of the
cameras used in the commission of this
offence“.
