Continuous Mixer
•The liquid resin and catalyst flowpumping is fitted with non returndevice.•The big arm with provision of dust collector removes dust if any in the sand.
•The mixer operates on a zeroretention basis. The mixing tool isattached with hard alloy in at aprecise angle and is fixed.
•The liner is made of wearablematerials, which lengths service life.The horizontal splitting mixer tubehelps complete cleaning and fixingmixer blades.
Continuous Mixer
• Special resin adding system anddischarging system with precisecontrol is sprayed into the tubewith sand, ensuring that no sand islost in the startup
• The sand adjuster is fixed
• PLC simulation screen helps in reliable operation. Can be fitted with an entire sand handling system and can be moved to a entire foundry shop floor bay.
• The sand adjuster is fixedaccording to the production, sothat the proportion of old and newsand is controlled. The percentageis selected and changed accordingto a fixed proportion in the panel.
