EXTRA VIRGINOLIVE OIL

In order to obtain a product of the highest quality,

like our Copla EVOO, the entire process of

extraction must be accomplished with utmost care.

We closely examine and attend to each and every stage,

following the timelines advised by the many experienced

professionals that contribute to the process and the

inherited know how of the olive oil culture

passed over generations.

This product is ideal for grilled plates and garnishing, salads, vegetables and breads.

RICH FLAVOUREDOLIVE OIL

The result of combining golden and soft

Extra Virgin and refined Spanish Olive Oils is

“Copla Rich Flavored Olive Oil”.

This Copla Oil variety is the result of blending

a higher percentage of EVOO with refined

olive oils that lead to a moderate intensity

in the flavour of the product.

Pure Olive Oil is excellent for dishes where we want to

induce the scent and a subtle flavour of

the olive oil in the preparation.

This product is ideal for western cuisine, Mediterranean dishes, pizzas and pastas.

LIGHT FLAVOUREDOLIVE OIL

The result of combining golden and soft

Extra Virgin and refined Spanish Olive Oils is

“Copla Light Flavored Olive Oil”.

This Copla Oil variety is the result of blending a lower

percentage of EVOO with the refined olive oil that

leads to a less intense flavour of the product.

Light flavoured Olive Oil is to be

used in dishes where we do not

want to pronounce the flavor or

the scent of the olive oil.

This product is ideal for Indian cuisine, ethnicplates, frying and deep-frying.

OUR OLIVE OILS

Olive Oil is a natural juice that preserves the taste, aroma, nutrients and properties of the olive tree fruit, the olive.

This liquid gold is the only vegetable oil that can be consumed raw, as obtained, not having to be refined or subjected to any chemicaltreatment before consumption, making it the healthier option against other vegetable oils or animal fats.
