Half of startups fail during their first five years in the 'valley of death' of their development. The speed of technological changes, accelerated product life cycles, global competition and sophisticated financing strategies often demand resources, experience and support services which are beyond startups capacities. Many are working in local incubators, providing support to confront these complexities. Local entrepreneurs as valuable source of business, foci of innovations, investment pool, job creating and local economy dynamism impulse.

Local incubators gain economy-scale cooperating and working at European level, developing and providing collectively common and cross-border services.
