Case study
Induction Highway
The challenge
CRL’s existing induction programme lacked sufficient useful information, tools and structure. The company’s Learning Development Officers introduced elements of their own to bridge the gaps, which created inconsistencies across the depots.
The solutionBy scrutinising all aspects of the company, ATT identified the shortfalls of the original programme.
In consultation with CRL’s Learning Development Officers, ATT developed a range of exciting and effective modules.
The new induction programme includes interactive sessions, team games, video clips with voiceover, on-the-job training, quizzes and an induction workbook.
The resultsThe programme, which can be delivered to a group or one-to-one, is to be translated into several European languages.
