Point 2 How to get and use of genuine coolant

Purchase Komatsu genuine SupercoolantAF-NAC from Komatsu distributor.No need to add water when filling.

12Point 3 Check before starting engine

Do not open the radiator cap unnecessarily. When checking the coolant level, always waitfor the engine to cool down and check the level in the reserve tank.

Before starting the engine each day

Check for leakage of coolant aroundthe engine.

Check if the coolant in reserve tank isbetween the FULL and LOW marks.If the coolant level is low, addKomatsu genuine SupercoolantAF-NAC ONLY to the FULL levelthrough the Filler port of reserve tank.

Point 4 Cleaning of radiator fins

Clean radiator fins periodically

• If radiator fins are clogged, the engine may overheat and seize in the worst case.• Therefore periodical cleaning of radiator fins is recommended.

Coolant should be replaced once for every 2 years or 4000 hours whichever comes first.

Coolant must function to prevent corrosion andcavitation as well as freezing.
