Pulley Refurbishment

Global Product Supply pulley refurbishment process is a cost effective alternative to purchasing a new

pulley in some cases. If the pulley is in a repairable condition the cost could be as little as 60% of a new

pulley.

A comprehensive strip down report is completed and sent to the customer outlining the condition

of the pulley and the components that require replacing.

Ultrasonic testing of the shaft and welds are undertaken to check for any defects.

All test results comply to the requirements of AS 1065 1988 L1 and AS/NZS 1554.1 2014 SP table
