Bright AnnealingNormalizing, stress relieving, recrys-tallizing of parts formed by deep-drawing, cold heading or extrusionmoulding and made of sheet steel,constructional steels, copper orcopper alloys as weil as parts madeof magnetic alloys. Under crackedammonia, hydrogen (depending uponmaterial) or other types of protectiveatmosphere.

Advantages:Optimum cooling rate adjustable tomatch material and treatment, fullcorrosion resistance of stainless steelmaintained.

Advantages of treatments under protective atmosphere

Brazingfor instance of parts made of deep-drawing sheet steel, constructionalsteels, stainless steels, copper or cop-per alloys, German silver, preciousmetals. Under cracked ammonia,hydrogen (depending upon material) orother types of protective atmosphere.

Advantage:No fluxes necessary.

Rapid cooling devices SOLOVIT or SOLOVIT-TURBOQUENCHAre used especially when hardening 13% chromium steel, or when parts are to be rapidlycooled.
