Throughout the logistics world, from airports and ports to factories and warehouses, there are often goods that must be handled without pallets but cannot be clamped. Push-pulls, pallet turnover clamps or other solutions could be used, but these require sepa-rate forklift trucks.

KAUP conveyor belt forks are the solution. They can function like standard forks to lift palletized goods, and they have con-veyor belts to push or pull palletless goods onto the forks. They can handle a wide range of goods, including building mate-rials, consumer goods and food.

Simply genius and ingeniously simple - the functionality of conveyor belt forks

Approach the load, insert the fork tips underneath the load / slip-sheet and activate the conveyor belts.

The load is automatically pulled onto the forks as soon as the conveyor belts grip.

Switch off the conveyor belts as soon as the load has been completely pulled onto the forks. Setting down the load is carried out in reverse order.

Handling palletless goods

Bagged goods on slip-sheets, cartons or large surface goods which cannot be clamped - the T180FG is the ideal attachment to efficiently pick-up, trans-port and set down these loads. Nearly all kinds of applications can be han-dled with a T180FG, or a T180FG-2-4S, which has two pair of forks to handle wider loads.

Conveyor belt forks can be customized to handle other applications. Fork width, number of forks and number of belts - each and every component can be specially selected to meet the specific requirements of the material han-dling application.

Handling palletized goods

Also perfectly suited for handling palletized goods. If handling pallets length-wise or crosswise - the T180FG is as quick, safe and economic as each and every fork positioner. Furthermore the T180FG-2-4S offers even higher safety when handling pallets crosswise by double support due to load distribution on 2 pairs of forks.
