Contributor V/S Non-contributor

• .E.g. Capacity to deliver, commitment and ownership of the organization’s purpose, etc.

• This is a dynamic identity based on your “being” and “becoming”.

• E.g. Qualifications, position, years of experience, etc.

• This is a static identity, based on your past glories or past failures.

Term - Identity• Identity should define properly.

• Identity doesn’t mean your name, fame, qualifications, achievements..

• Non- contributor’s identity is depended on name, fame, past glories etc..

• A contributor’s identity is their vision, their potential to contribute and their eagerness to take responsibilities.

• A true contributor is identified by such vales.

Types Of IdentityIdentity of person mainly divided into two kinds.

1) Static Identity : such an identity is very short seen . The person with such identity present himself by his position, award , qualification , power , contacts etc…

2) Dynamic Identity : this type of identity is contributor’s identity which is very broad , open and person with such identity present himself by ability to contribute , to take responsibilties.

Limited to goal : “ I can do only things which I have done before.”

Self oriented : “ I – my degrees & awards.”

Not helpful to others : “I am ‘higher’ or ‘lower’ based on my position.”

Not-limited to goal only – “I am capable of learning all kinds of new things in my job.”

Aim oriented : “I – my power is contribute in the current situation.”

Share their knowledge : “There is no ‘higher’ or ‘lower’ in a term.”
