Q-1 How many years of Experience

in a company?

Ans. I have a experience of 9 (nine) years in I & PCL company

Q-2 Since you are a sucessful, sir how do you take your work?

Ans. I take my work as Challenge.

Q-3 According to you, what are the qualities to become a successful employee?

Ans. There are a two things are important to become a successful employee. First thing is doing hardwork and second thing is be honest.

Q-4 During your long sucessful carieer, you might have faced some challenges , how do you take it? As an opportinities and as a hurdle?

Ans. During my sucessful carieer , I have faced many challenges and also now a days I face. I take it as a opportunities. I keep patient in making decision.

Q-5 According to you , what is job satisfaction ?

Ans. [c] [a] and [b] both beacouse the in the form of money , I

externally satisfy where crediting of my job work is internally satisfy.

Ans. I believe in opportunity. purpose vision

Q-7 Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your juniors are not working according to your Expectations. How do you make them work..?

According to my expectations ,when juniors are not working ,I try to do two things. First of all I tell to them very politely although they don’t co-operate with me.

then I order on them. I also apply another technic , I do-we do means I do work of them as him so they automatically work ,according to my expectations.

Q-8 Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have faced your Seniors/Authorities are not supporting according to your Expectations. How do you make them convince..?

Ans. In this situation, I communicate with them co-operatively. i communicate with my strong confidence with them to achieve their support.in this way, I convenience seniors.

Q-9 Sir, according to you, what is your Contribution to organization and how do you relate it to society?

Ans. Contribution is The management of employee and workers in my section .the management is releted with the society. at home, management for the better home ,managing relationship with family and friend .

Q-10 Can you give me any example of your personal experience in which you demonstrate “you can do” attitude and “overcome the “Fear of Failure”?

for this attitude and overcome of the fear and failure,I have strong confidence to achieve goal.also I have one aim to complete this task.i have clear vision for the obtaining goal.in this way, I give my efferts in task and I achieve “I CAN DO”

Q-11 . What is your short term vision? And what is your Long term Vision?

Ans.  for the short term vision ,to desire a goal with fully dedicaton of my knowledge.then I achieve a my goal for long term vision is I take as happy life.

Q-12 . What is your message or an advice for the future engineers...or any suggestion for youth?

Ans. I suggest future engineers to think twise and act wise.i advice to all the people to do hardwork and do smart work instead of complex work.

if you can not do great things ,do small things in a great way.

just try to develop the virtues of leadership and success will get back to you. give the world, the best you have and the best will come back to you.

Ans. I always try to make the complicated task into an easier one, and delegate the work to down level. so that i can be ready anytime to take more responsibilities on my shoulders and definitely will become a successful person. just try to develop the virtues of leadership and success will get back to you.
