• Estimation of the expected prices of the projects and report it to the owner.

• Review the Specification of projects with a value engineering study to reduce expected cost to be within the required budget.

• Reviewed projects documents and drawing to detect any missing data and requirements will be needed by the bidders.

• Answering all inquiries of any bidder and share the information with all bidders to maintain transparency.

• Preparing addendums according to projects requirements.
