Design Requirements are studied and confirmed in detail via the Tender Package comprising BOQ Specifications/ DWG's / Make List / Renders - Minute detailing in terms of finishes/fixing detailing are clarified with the client/architect consultants on grounds of practical feasibility etc. via Dwg's and site visits

Budget & Quantity Estimation

Cost Evaluation in relation to material specs/Quantity surveying / Logistics / Timeline etc. as per prevailing material and labour availability are estimated

Tender Submission

Proposal is submitted based on all above inputs

Project Planning & Payment SchedulesUpon being awarded the contract - Project Planning is initiated with defined timelines and payment terms as per standard industry norms are mutually agreed upon
