Senior Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Construction - Manchester
My client has regional offices across the UK and is expanding internationally in 2013 to build further upon their strong brand.
Their Manchester office is looking for talented recruiters to continue within their UK markets and pick up on the existing accounts that the permanent team are currently working with and build their contract presence in the north.
The company have won many awards for being a top employer as well for their continued growth throughout a difficult economic period. They have focused on maintaining strong client partnerships where they have ensured that 60-80% of their business is repeat business!
The company have created a great culture of success where there are many incentives including company holidays, achievers lunches and individually set incentives. They have achieved excellent retention figures and even consultants that have left the company have actually come back!
What are they looking for?
• Experienced in either Construction (white collar) or engineering
• A strong team player who can work closely with the permanent division whilst growing the contract team
• Solid understanding of the market you operate in and ability to build your own desk
• High motivated to be earning at the highest level and take advantage of their high commission scheme
• Ability to network with existing as well as new clients to build the Manchester teams contract presence
• Interested in building a team around you and stepping up into a contracts manager role long term
• A track record of driving results in a new business role
What is on offer?
• £22,500 - £30,000 dependent on level of experience and billing track record
