GRADED-IN PROGRAM

The fabric collections listed below have been graded in to Fairfield’s textile program. All fabric andpatterns are subject to availability from the fabric vendor. Certain circumstances may affect stock anddelivery. These suppliers reserve the right to discontinue any pattern or color from their libraries. Allfabrics are subject to approval by Fairfield. Approval of a fabric for application on Fairfield products doesnot in any way indicate warranty, guarantee, or responsibility of Fairfield with regards to the appearance,behavior, durability, or quality of the fabric.

Fairfield reserves the right to apply these materials at our direction, unless specifically instructed bythe buyer on the original purchase order. If specific instructions are requested please submit agraded-in instruction form found on page 2.

If a textile from the graded-in program is desired, but the buyer wishes to order directly, please refer to theC.O.M. policies found in the current Fairfield price list. If you choose to order fabric direct from thefabric vendor, please fill out the C.O.M. form rather than the F.O.M. form. This form can be located in thecurrent Fairfield price list.

For any pattern not listed, please contact Fairfield or your Fairfield representative for pricing grade.Once the grade is determined, please refer to the current Fairfield price list for pricing. Please specifyvendor name, pattern and color on your purchase order. An order cannot be processed without properidentification of the fabric.

If cancellation is approved itwill be subject to a cancellation fee. In some cases, a deposit or full payment may be required beforeFairfield places an order for the fabric.
