CONTRACT AGREEMENT

I Mrs. Ligaya P. Orbidaowner of house and lot located at 1669 Kahilom III Pandacan,

Manila is hereby granted the request and allowed ___ (name of the tenant ___ to rent my house

for the amount of fi!e thousand fi!e hundred (P ", "##$ ## monthly and they gi!e the assurancethat they will ta%e good care of the house and they will follow all the duties and obligation as

tenant and the following are the rules and regulations strictly to be im&lemented'

1$ wo months ad!ance and one month de&osit$)$ *o delay of monthly rental obligation$

+$ elay of monthly rental obligation will force the owner to gi!e the tenant the right to use

their ad!ance &ayment and de&osit$

-$ *o &art of the house should be re&laced without informing the owner$

"$ .ne room is reser!e for the owner of the house$6$ /ny illegal act of tenant in electricity and water will be charge on them$0$ /ny damage on the house should be re&laced once they destroy$

$ *o !isitors allowed slee&ing or staying in the house for )- hours$

9$ In case the owner needs the house, the owner will gi!e the tenant ) months to find

another house$1#$ /ll the financial liability should be settle first in case the tenant decided to sto& their

tenancy$

11$ he owner has the right to terminate the contract agreement in case of unlawful act of the

tenant$

his contract agreement will ta%e effect after signing the owner, tenant and the witnesses

and this contract agreement !alid only for one year unless both the owner and tenant decided to

continue the contract agreement.
