CONTRACT AGREEMENTThis agreement refers to the contract between Mr. Jun Salvador, a contractor and Mr. Andy dela Cruz, et.al, the manager in building the house, that the house will be built at Arellano Street Poblacion H Camiling, Tarlac and the contract amount will be 35% of the materials that will be used until the building of the house is finished. The construction will start on January 18, 2016 and will be finished in 4-6 months and upon the reasonable discretion of the contractor.
