The rotary continuous retort ACB is specially designed for sterilization of liquids packed in PP, HDPE and glass bottles.

The continuous agitation of the product during the heating and cooling process prevents from any burnt product. The continuous and agitated process allows HTST processes (High Temperature Short Time) which are recognized to improve organoleptic qualities and colours.

This continuous sterilizer is specially designed for medium to large productions and can run different sizes and different materials within the same machine.

The rotary continuous retort ACBV is specially designed for sterilization of products packed in glass bottles and jars (milk, beverages, soups, vegetables, …)

The continuous agitation of the product during the heating and cooling process prevents from any burnt product. The pre-heating device used for energy recycling is also necessary to avoid the thermical stress of the glass packagings.

This continuous sterilizer is specially designed for medium to large productions and can run different sizes and shapes of packaging within the same machine.

GLAss JARs rotary cooker cooler for jars with twist off caps or other capping systems. The overpressure guarantees the good tightness of the cap and the preheating ensures smooth heating of glass with minimal breakage linked to heat stress.

POUCHEs Pvc or multi-layer retortable pouches are processed with steam air concept. steam air mixture is perfectly controlled and heat penetration is consistent thanks to the forced flow maintained by the air spreading fan.
