The 4 Inch Elastic Cummerbund is a simple and effective solution for those who need to carry and have rapid access to additional ammunition and equipment on their sides while maintaining a low profile. The cummerbund loads equipment on the sides, which is advantageous while conducting low visibility or vehicle operations. Elastic cells are 3 inches wide and are built around your standard 5.56 Magazine, such as a PMAG.

The 4 Inch Elastic Cummerbund is a high quality alternative to current offering from other companies. It features premium, Berry Amendment compliant materials sourced from the industries leaders in textiles. It offers superior construction processes to in-clude triple stitching on the elastic cells to prolong life and prevent cell failure when stuffed with non traditional or oddly shaped items. Color matched velcro and our propri-etary rear attachment system come standard with every set.

00 Inside each rear plate bag there is a grid system. This is a cutaway view used for

ease of photography.

01 Select an appropriate area to mount your cummerbund. Weave your shock cord as

shown

02Place your cummerbund over the spot

next to the one you just weaved.

04Weave your cummerbund into the grid as

shown below.

05Tie overhand knots on both strands of

shock cord to lock them into place.

06 Repeat on the opposite side.

01 For those requiring a tighter fit use the

alternate weaving methond.

02 To use the alternate weaving method, you must run the cummerbund under the grid

system as shown in the picture below. This allows you to overlap the

cummerbund sections giving you a slim fit.

03Overlap the the opposite cummerbund section and weave as demonstrated

previously in this guide.

Spiritus Systems started as an idea on the side of a mountain in the Hindu Kush: an idea that we could do this better, that we could care about it more, and that we could do it with integrity.
