Din 2008, ac]ionarul nostru majoritar este Polimex-Mostostal din Polonia.

Since 2008, our majority shareholder is Polimex-Mostostal from Poland.

În fabricile noastre am executat proiecte de referin]\ - structuri industriale [i civile, infrastructuri - pentru România [i pentru pia]a interna]ional\.

Our plants at Valenii de Munte (Prahova) and Marsa (Sibiu) have a cumulated production capacity of 25,000 - 30,000 tons per annum.

In our plants we have executed reference projects - industrial and civil structures and infrastructures - for Romania and international market.

1993: Establishment of Coifer Impex, the nucleus of Coifer Group

1994: Coifer complete their first project as general contractor - Romexpo conference facility

1996: Coifer open production of metal structures in a 400 sqm workshop at Ploiesti, which is later extended to 1,400 sqm

2006: Coifer takes over 100% of Grande Meccanica SpA and 100% of Grande Meccanica Est
