I started my contents page by outlining the areas where I wanted everything to go, so that I had a rough layout. I also added the title for my contents page. I edited my title so that it took up a lot of the top page. I did this so that it was clear and stood out. I used my left third of the page to create the features, and list all of the main articles that are going to be included in my magazine. I also added a little editor’s note at the bottom of the page, showing gratitude from the editor.

Page 1: Contents Page Development

I started my contents page by outlining the areas where I wanted everything to go, so that I had a rough layout.I also added the title for my contents page.

I edited my title so that it took up a lot of the top page. I did this so that it was clear and stood out.

I used my left third of the page to create the features, and list all of the main articles that are going to be included in my magazine. I also added a little editor’s note at the bottom of the page, showing gratitude from the editor.

Page 2: Contents Page Development

I started adding my images to the contents page. I added an image of the main person being featured in the magazine. This is because it is the main article and it needs to stand out against the others.

Finally, I added the rest of the photographs on to the contents advertising the other important articles being included in the magazine.
