The colour scheme of red, white and black links in with the house style set by the front cover of this issue. The main image is of the artist featured in the lead article and takes up almost a 1/3 of the vertical page, with the contents list in a column at the side. Secondary features are also linked to images. The word contents is very large, this is probably so that it’s easy to find.

This magazine only lists the main features, an unusual way of setting out a contents page. The main article is the focal point, with the accompanying image taking up the majority of the page. The colour scheme is white, black and red which matches the house style of the front cover. However, whereas the front cover was very dark, the contents page by contrast is very light.

KerrangKerrang
The colour scheme is predominantly white black and yellow, which matches the house style of the magazine.
The page is laid out in a classic style, although overcrowded and over-busy, that is easy to read and navigate. The main feature is given the largest area, the accompanying image taking up half the page. All article are shown and page numbers given. The text is set out in traditional columns.
