Payment TermsPayment terms are Net 30 days with approved credit. Until credit has been established, KEGO reserves the right to request a credit card as guarantee of payment. Orders paid after due date may be subject to finance charges. For those customers who prefer to pay by credit card, we do accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit card charges will be assessed when your order is shipped.

Return PolicyShipping and handling, and hazmat fees are nonrefundable.

To return an item, you must receive prior authorization from KEGO, and obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). All returned items are subject to a restocking fee. With exception to items returned under manufacturer’s warranty, requests to return items after thirty days will be subject to managerial approval, and will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee. In most cases, credit will be issued on account to be used against future purchases.

Liability KEGO cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of products it distributes. Use and application of the products is the responsibility of the user.

With thousands of products to govern, there is the potential for product licenses to lapse without KEGO’s immediate knowledge. In these rare circumstances, the advertised devices would not meet Health Canada regulations, and would not be considered licensed in accordance with Canadian law. Once KEGO acknowledges that this has occurred, these products are immediately removed from sale until their licenses have been re-instated.
