Photographs of some of the recent construction are included on the back of this newsletter. Segment Two of the SR25 Hoosier Heartland Project has reached the Preliminary Field Check stage. The next steps in the design process for this segment are to locate utilities and take soil boring samples from just east of the Tippecanoe/Carroll County line to just east of Carroll CR400W. Staking will take place as part of this process and are not an indi- cation of right-of-way. Please do not remove stakes that may be placed on your property. They will be removed as soon as this phase of the design process is complete. If access to your property is required for soil boring, a notice will be sent to your mailing address from ATC Associates Inc. that will include contact infor- mation should you have any questions. SR25 Hoosier Heartland
