A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR U.S. CITIZENS It is required that your passport be valid for at least six months from the date of your departure. A visa may be required for non-USA citizens. Please arrange through consulate. Ave Maria Tours will not be responsible for incomplete travel documents.

Ave Maria Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay due to any act, negligence or default of the tour guide, or any company or person engaged in transporting the passengers, or rendering any service, or carrying out the arrangements for any tour, or their agents, servants, and employees.

TARIFF & CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS: Our price is quoted in U.S. Dollars and is based on current tariffs, taxes, and exchange levels. Rates are subject to adjustments only in the unlikely event of tax increases and/or additional fuel or security surcharges. If a roommate is not available, you will be billed the single supplement cost. Singles are limited, so reserve early.

INSURANCE:

If you are interested in Trip Cancellation Insurance for medical reasons please contact us. The detailed brochure then provided has an application form that must be received within 21 days of initial deposit to cover all “pre-existing” conditions.
