Bidder with Highest Rated Responsive Bidrefuses without justifiable causeto accept awardof contract, and no award is made

AWARD OF CONTRACT

Award of contract shall be made to the

bidder with the highest rated and

responsive bid.

Decision to award or not to award shall be

made within 7 daysfrom the date the BAC

determines the highest rated andresponsive bid. For GOCCs and GFIs, the

period shall be 15 days.

Contract shall be signed by the winning

bidder and head of the agency within 10days from receiptby the winning bidder of
