Consultant Enrollment Update Overview To streamline Consultant enrollment and to improve PWS site performance, we have redesigned the Consultant Enrollment process. Below is a summary of the changes and screenshots of the updated process. Summary of Changes Two enrollment paths offered: Express Enrollment: Takes less than five minutes to complete. Benefits include automatic enrollment in CRP for the next month and Pulse subscription. Standard Enrollment: Takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. New Consultants may opt in to CRP enrollment and customize their CRP order, as well as opt in to Pulse subscription. Streamlined process: The process is “smart” so all information entered is saved and applied throughout the enrollment process. New Consultants do not have to enter contact information multiple times, unless they have different addresses for shipping and/or billing information. Improved performance and line-switching validation: The enrollment process has been reprogrammed to improve site performance and stability. This will eliminate the “timeout” error that has been occurring from time to time during Consultant enrollment. In addition to verifying the e-mail address and Social Security Number and comparing/validating them against existing accounts, all new Consultants will need to confirm that they have not been a Consultant in the last six months and that they have not been a PC within the last 90 days. If they have, they will be redirected to enroll under their current Sponsor. FOR U.S. ONLY

Summary of Changes

Two enrollment paths offered:Express Enrollment: Takes less than five minutes to complete. Benefits include automatic enrollment in CRP for the next month and Pulse subscription.

Standard Enrollment: Takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. New Consultants may opt in to CRP enrollment and customize their CRP order, as well as opt in to Pulse subscription.

You can search by the Sponsor’s name or ID.

Tells you where you are in the enrollment process

Displays Sponsor’s contact info when you mouse over.

If you don’t have a Sponsor, you can request one by clicking on this link and submitting a form to Sales Support. You will be contacted by Sales Support within 48 hours.

NOTE: When you select any of the enrollment kits other than the Business Portfolio, you’ll see a pop-up that asks you to select your “Regimen of Choice” that comes with your kit.

When you click “NEXT,” we will validate your address. If you enter an address that is incomplete, you may be asked to correct your address before moving forward.

If you enter an e-mail address that belongs to an existing account (Consultant, PC or Retail), you’ll be prompted to log in or contact Sales Support to upgrade your account.

If your shipping address is the same as your main address, simply click “Same as Main address.”

If you would like your spouse or domestic partner to manage your account, select “yes” and enter his or her information.

If you decide you want to take CRP this month or you want to customize your order before you enroll, you have the option to switch from Express to Standard enrollment.

The recurring monthly charges section shows you that you are automatically enrolled in CRP (you can see the default items by clicking on the link) for the next month and Pulse. It indicates your next ship and bill date.

If you want to change your default Web address prefix, simply enter a new one. The system will automatically check for availability.

To edit your information click the edit icon. You will be taken back to the section to update the information and will return to the Review and Confirm screen when you click “NEXT.”

You’ll see the detailed order information for your Enrollment Kit and default CRP order.

Once you click “Charge my card and enroll me,” you’ll also have to accept the Auto-ship confirmation.

You have the option to switch from Standard to Express enrollment.

If you want to change your default Web address prefix, simply enter a new one. The system will automatically check for availability.

When you indicate “YES” for CRP enrollment, you’ll see the next screen where you’ll select items for your CRP order.

If you opt into CRP, you will be asked to build your next CRP order.

You can filter the CRP cart by product category.

Clicking on the image will bring up the product detail screen.

When you click the “ADD TO CRP” button, you’ll automatically view your CRP cart.
