� Role of AB will be to provide Assessors, prepare the question
papers to cover the knowledge, Skills, attributes and competencies
as per NOS’s of the prescribed levels. The assessments have to be in
regional languages also, if required.

Assessors from industry to achieve transparency.

� The Assessment Body shall collect the results of the assessment
along with the original assessment sheet (physically and
electronically) from the respective Assessors after taking their due
signatures and comments.
�These result sheets as specified to reach electronically with
CSDCI within 02 days in pdf format and physically within 04
working days after the completion of the assessment.
�AB shall ensure that copies of the original assessment papers
are properly documented, collated and filed as per government
guidelines.
� These papers and documents to be kept by assessment Body
for a duration of five years. One digitized copy of data of

� CSDCI shall validate and approve the results of the assessment
undertaken by assessors as per the qualification packs and share
the results.
�The number of assessment held in a month will be validated by
CSDCI through Data Management System (DMS) of CSDCI/mails.
� All the assessment fee share of the AB are inclusive of all

�The Assessment Body will use only those Assessment Forms and
Assessment Criteria approved by CSDCI from time to time for each

Assessors are adequately skilled to assess the trainees for the
defined performance criteria as defined in the QP and NOS for

be borne by the Assessment Body.
� CSDCI will scrutinize and approve the results and will send the
results to Authorized Printing Agency for Certificate printing and
dispatch to Training provider.
�It will be the responsibility of the Authorized Printing Agency to
print and dispatch the certificates received from CSDCI within tenprint and dispatch the certificates received from CSDCI within ten
working days with information to AB.
� If CSDCI is able to communicate absentee information to AB at
least two days in advance then AB shall not be paid for that
number. However if the cancellation is intimated one day before or
less than 24 hours then the forfeited fees shall be shared equally
between CSDCI and AB.
