What Is a project?

• A project is a sequence of unique, complex, and connected activities having one goal or purpose and that must be completed by a specific time, within budget, and according to specification.

Analysis of the Project using Primavera

Primavera results show that the expected time frame for the implementation of the project is 232 working days, while the total budgeted cost will be equal 1,004,903 $.

If the assumption that the period of completion of the project according to the contract agreement is 250 working days, and required the contractor to 280 days of work to accomplish the works.
