Location: Nišička (Crna Rijeka’s tableland), Municipality Vareš – ZD CantonAccess: From Sarajevo about 40 km, and from Vares about 20 km

The existing terrain configuration allows the construction of a number of sports fields, bike paths, ski trails, walking trails, etc.

The investment estimate: cca 3.000.000 €

The first-phase of project is the preliminary design, Phase Two-Making the main projects, third-stage reconstruction of existing buildings and construction work on the sports-recreation complex

CURRENT SITUATION

Current facilities:

The larger central building P +1 with a kitchenette,restaurant, conference room and bedroom on the upper level.

Smaller facilities for accommodation and lodging in the form of bungalows.

Potential investors are free to provide their own project solution according to their own vision. The Location truly offers many possibilities for a contemporary tourist complex.

On the next slide we have shown a potentially architectural urban solution.

PROPOSED SOLUTIONFeatures of the new situation: Ski resort with lift, trail sleds, sports facilities for various sports (outdoor and indoor), children's playgrounds, walkways, parking spaces, central accommodation building, apartment complex.

The architectural design of the mentioned objects based on local character with the use of traditional materials, stone and wood.

In the year 2012 a ski lift path was marked to the length of 800 m, beginning (top) 1285 m altitude, end of track (footer) 1100 m altitude. The site extends to approximately 7 hectares (70,000 m²).
