Supplying and laying testing & commissioning of MS C Class pipe conforming to IS

1239 up to 150 dia & IS3589 above 150 dia with 5.4mm thickness. Making leak

proof welded joints including cutting the pipe to required length, preparation of pipe

surface, etc.Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure of 16kg / sq.cm for leak

proof joints. providing and fixing Wrapping Pypkote 4mm thick (corrosion protection

tape) including supply and application of pipe coating and spiral Wrapping

(wrapping should have overlap of 15 to 20 mm) etc.Complete as per ASTM

standards for corrosion protection of pipes that will be laid under the ground .] Note

: The piping installation has to be put to hydraulic test 1.5 times Working pressure

before applying paint 1 quote of anti corrosive paint and wrapping etc. complete

including excavation, back filling, disposal of excess excavated earth, consolidation,

including elbows, bends, couplings ,fabricating & fixing MS angle, flats, channels

Providing, laying, fixing and jointing in position M.S 'C' class pipes conforming to IS

1239 with welded joints and all necessary fittings like elbows, bends, couplings,

tees, reducers as required including testing hydraulically to 1.5 times the working

pressure painting with one coat of anticorrosive paint and two coats of red enamel

paint etc complete. with fabricating & fixing MS angle, flats, channels fabricated

brackets / supports for supporting the pipes with 10mm 'U' bolts,hitech type

brackets for pipes laid above ground & suspended The quoted rate shall also

include for chasing / chipping walls, making bore holes in walls / floor and making

them good with filler material and finished in cementmorter etc. as per requirement.
