Concreting of footings & columns shall be by direct pouring,and backed up by Mobile Crane & Bucket.

READY MIX CONCRETE WILL BE FROM FOUR SOURCE AROUND METRO MANILA. CONCRETE WILL BE PLACED TO THE SITE BY CRANE & BUCKET

& DIRECT POURING FOR FOUNDATION.

14 MONTHS CONCRETING SCHEDULE.

AVERAGE POURING PER WEEK OF 450 CU. M.

After pouring of footing, initial rebar works & formworks for column will start at Tower D1 & D2 as construction of footing progresses towards Tower E1 going to Tower E2
