Brentford Football Club

Advising on all construction aspects for Brentford Football Club’s new 20,000 Community Stadium together with the enabling 1,000 Residential Units to be constructed adjacent to the Stadium and on the current football ground at Griffin Park.

City Pride Limited

Advising City Pride Limited and their developers Chalegrove Properties Limited (Chalegrove) on their plans to build a 239m (960ft), 75-storey tower, comprising 864 homes – one of the tallest consented residential towers in London on the former City Pride Pub site on the Isle of Dogs in London.

St. John’s Wood Square Limited

Advising on construction matters for the redevelopment of St John’s Wood Square, following its £250 million purchase by a Malaysian client. The scheme consists of private villas, townhouses, apartments and affordable units, as well as preserving Grade II listed aspects.

Cain Hoy

Advising on the forward funding for the development of two major new buildings at South Bank Place, currently the Shell Headquarters building, involving complex funding and procurement arrangements, as part of the redevelopment of the site.

Acting for a private investor on the purchase of 30 St Mary Axe, better known as ‘the Gherkin’, undertaking a review of the construction protection available to the client in respect of the original development and ongoing fit-out works undertaken by a complex procurement method.

Darchem Limited

Advising Darchem regarding their prospective joint venture and preferred sub-contractor status for works at Hinckley C nuclear power station. Using our specialist energy knowledge in the sector and our experience of large international energy projects as well as NEC based contract documents we will continue to advise Darchem up to and including practical completion of this project.

Nordex Energy GmbH

Acting for Nordex in respect disputes arising from delays to the delivery of a wind farm project in South Asia, and the delay liquidated damages and contractors’ loss and expense that arise from such delays. Our advice relates to protecting Nordex’s position in a complex contractual matrix between Nordex and the owner under the main EPC contract, and between Nordex and another contractor under a joint venture agreement.

Conergy UK Limited

Advising Conergy on a portfolio of solar power projects with a combined installed capacity of over 150 MW across 25 sites, located around the UK. We advised on the negotiation and agreement of the turnkey EPC Contracts and O&M Agreements for each site together with the ancillary documentation.
