Conservation of Soil, Forest, Wildlife
Why plant trees?
Prevents or reduces soil erosion and water pollution. Trees gives people a lot of benefits/opportunities and provide habitat for a lot of species.
TERRACESA terrace is a leveled section of a hilly
cultivated area.Terracing gives the landmass a stepped appearance thus slowing the easy washing down of the soil.
TERRACES
SOIL ORGANISMSOrganisms like earthworms and others benefiting the soil should be promoted. Earthworms, through aeration of soil, enhance the availability of macronutrients in soil. They also enhance the porosity of soil. The helpful organisms of soil promote its fertility and form an element in the conservation of soil.
Some Ways in Conserving Nature:by avoiding deforestationby reducing pollutionby not practicing overgrazing and if
necessary rotational grazing can be adopted .plant trees on hillsides and abandoned land.cut only matured or damage trees.put out camp fires before leaving the camp
and don't throw away lighted cigarettes.
