The applicant has purchased 5.7 mitigation credits at the Florida Mitigation Bank. These credits adequately offset the approved impacts and those proposed in this permit modification.

Considerations

A Conservation Area Impact permit authorized a vertical seawall and stormwater pipe outfall along the eastern shoreline of the lake.

Lake Ruby is part of the stormwater management system and is used for attenuation; fishing and swimming will be prohibited.

Private docks will be prohibited.

An MSTU or MSBU will be created to address future lake management issues.
