Joshua 11 (Defeat of the Northern Canaanite Coalition)

Verses 11-12: The Israelites completely destroyed every living thing in the city, leaving no survivors. Not a single person was spared. And then Joshua burned the city. Joshua slaughtered all the other kings and their people, completely destroying them, just as Moses, the servant of the Lord, had commanded.

Heavenly Father“God’s wrath must be understood in relation

to His love. Wrath is not a permanent attribute of God. Whereas love and holiness

are part of His essential nature, wrath is contingent upon human sin. If there were no

sin, there would be no wrath.” James Bryan Smith’s The Good and Beautiful God:

Falling in Love with The God Jesus Knows.

Heavenly FatherDo you see an uncaring, angry, violent God, or an uncaring, angry, violent humanity?

God is a loving parent who wants to rescue you from YOU, not your problems.
