Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thanks! I will follow up with Ernesto on Tuesday just to be sure. Paul S. I am assuming that whomever was driving that vehicle reported it the supervisor, a supervisors report was completed and forwarded to Safety, and if known Safety would have investigated. Risk did contact the Police Department but no police report. Does anyone know about this? Thanks!

The resident called to complain that his house was backed up and a City employee arrived and left within five minutes. He told the resident and the landlord to call the City after they find the sewer clean out. He said the City employee was unwilling to help and unprofessional. The plumber came and found it right away. He requested his complaint be escalated. I told him his concerns would be communicated appropriately.

I did see that we were out there on 1/31/2021 & 2/1/2021 and were unable to locate the homeowner’s cleanout. I called and spoke with the tenant and let him know that we try to help locate but ultimately, it is the property owner’s responsibility to locate and maintain the cleanout. He explained that we came out and tried to locate the clean out. Resident told the CSO that we should have maps of the streets and where the cleanouts should be located. I explained that we try to help locate as best we can but are not required to probe or dig without a USA 811 clearance. Hi Chris… Just so you are aware… IT sends out employee security awareness training every 6-months. You may have some who may say I already did the training; they may have but it’s probably due again. With that being said, they may want to look at their City email more often. I am assuming they can access on a City issued computer, City iPad, or cell phone. Thanks! Akin, as we spoke yesterday I would like to remind you of the software glitches I incurred as I was trying to build the Hydro Schedules for April.

1. Each and every schedule (LM1, LM2, LM3, LM4) had to be ended (Control, Alt, Delete) because the file would not finish.

2. All schedules had an extra batch of lines before Workday 1 that could not be accounted for? 3. LM2 had 1 line on the last day of the month on the printed schedule, but wouldn’t come up (appear) when

trying to apply it to a work order. Vince Serpa also stated this morning that he had some issues trying to produce his schedules that he was trying to print… I’m not sure what can be done to remedy this situation, but I mentioned that if need be – we can possibly produce our schedules through our City Works as we did before. Please let me know either way what direction to proceed is decided. Thank you, Thomas Zanutto City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Dept. I will have Jamye update the timesheets to include the new codes upon her return on Monday. Note: I’ve had quite a few questions on whether documentation is required for boxes 1-4. Per HR, the State of California is not requiring any documentation in order to utilize the 2021 80-hours of Supplemental Paid Sick Leave. Box #1 (Caring for Yourself – The employee is subject to quarantine or isolation period related to COVID-19) we should remain status quo of communicating to them that they need to call the nurse/Athens line for a medical recommendation on whether they need to quarantine and/or test. We of course may need to contact trace, issue letters, and complete the spreadsheet. Box #2 (Caring for a Family Member – The covered employee is caring for a family member who is subject to a COVID-19 quarantine or isolation period) again we should remain status quo of communicating to them that they may need to call the nurse/Athens line for a medical recommendation on whether they need to quarantine and/or test due to caring for such family member. Box #3 (Caring for a Child Whose School or place of care is closed due to COVID-19) we no longer need to know the name of the child or what school or care provider is closed due to COVID-19 and it’s full pay rather than the two-thirds they received in 2020. Box #4 (Vaccine Related) they can get their vaccine on City time during regular business hours. They should mark this box if they are having vaccine related symptoms. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

In Cityworks they show up as a sanitary lateral “Entity”. Filemaker pulls from this Entity when we need to schedule sanitary line segments for Line Maintenance crews. For now, until we figure out a more automated way, you would need to manually be aware of these lines and remove them from your LM schedule. I’m not sure if there is a way to separate these in Cityworks since the structure has been set for many years and they are sanitary lines and not laterals. Thanks,
