Your Integra installer will connect the Digital TV Set Top Box to your TV in one of several ways depending on your TV and the Digital TV programming you have chosen. Please follow these instructions for information on making changes to your system (adding HD programming, setting up a new TV etc.)

If you have selected an HD programming package, your TV must be connected to your Set Top Box using either HDMI or Component cables to view HD programming. The cable you select will depend on the avail-able inputs on your TV. HDMI cables are available from Integra or from many electronic retailers. If you choose to use Component connections, you will need the adapter cable available only from Integra.

In order to view HD programming on your TV, please follow these steps:

1. Verify you have added an HD programming package by calling Integra at 952.226.7000

2. Verify that your TV is connected to the Set Top Box with either a standard HDMI cable, or by using the Component cable adapter (white, black, green, blue, red)

If you need to change the cabling to your TV, follow these steps BEFORE changing your cables: 1. Press ‘Menu’ on your Integra remote then choose “My Settings” then “Display” 2. Change audio format to Dolby Digital 3. Change the TV Type to 16x9 4. Change Connector type to the cable type you plan to use to connect to the TV (HDMI or Compo nent) 5. Change the output resolution to 720 or 1080 depending on the resolution of your TV 6. Highlight the “Save” button and press “OK”

Your STB is now set to transmit to your TV in HD, you now need to connect the cable and set your TV to accept the HD signal. For HD service you may either use a standard HDMI cable or the Component Cable adapter (available free, only from Integra)

3. Connect your chosen cable to your Set Top Box and TV (use diagram on front page of this instruction sheet to locate the connector locations) (be sure to disconnect any coax or composite connections that may have been used in the past)

4. Using the remote that came with your TV (not the Integra remote), or buttons on the TV, change your TVs input to the proper input (ex. HDMI 1, or Comp. 2 etc.) this will change your TV to accept the signal from the input you connected your cable to.

5. Once you have selected the proper input, you will see programming from the STB. Test your HD channels by tuning to any 1XXX channel number.
