Technology -- Competitive Advantage, or Requirement?

If your firm is interested in being considered for this role, please submit a proposal that describes your experience in and ability to provide the services listed below.

(i) Implementation and maintenance of an extranet based litigation management and reporting system.

(ii) Employment litigation representation on a national, regional and/or local basis. (iii) Creation and management of a regional counsel network (if applicable). (iv) Representation with respect to multiple plaintiff, class action and public accommodations/ADA litigation.

Your proposal must include the provision of litigation management services under (i) above. You may include any or all of the other services in your proposal as you desire. Please be specific regarding your willingness to provide some, but not all, of the services you may propose and the impact on the pricing of such services if we should desire to pursue some other combination of services.

…The proposal should describe the strength of your IT function and data management platforms and programs you have developed for or used with other clients. It may be helpful for us to view sample reports and/or look at programs you manage for other clients.
