Fixed, vertical posts for road traf f ic signs
We manufacture a full range of sign posts suitable for a wide variety of highway applications. We are fully registered to BS EN ISO 9001 and our fabricators and welding procedures are independently certified to BS EN 287 and BS EN ISO 15614-1. All posts are manufactured to EN12899 and Mallatite is fully registered to National Highway Sector Scheme 6.We can offer hot & cold rolled sections to BS EN 10210 & BS EN 10219 in grades 275N/mm2 & 355N/mm2 Our accreditation includes tubular posts from 48mm up to 7.5m - 324mm up to15m and box section from 50x50mm up to 7.5m - 400x200mm up to 10m.

Corrosion ProtectionA variety of protective and finishes are available including:
Plastic CoatingPPA coatings.All coatings can be supplied in a range of colour options.
GalvanisedAll our galvanizing is undertaken by specialist companies.All are approved to BS EN ISO 1461.
PaintedA range of paint finishes is available all applied by in house by our skilled operatives.
ROOT Multiple root treatments are available however, generally posts are supplied bitumen root up to 150mm AGL.
POST & CAPS
Posts are supplied with external fitting plastic caps. Internal available on request.
