• National Vision versus Local Requirements – regional and site variations in care provision

• Secondary Care Solution Availability

• GP Choice – how will this be delivered, supported and how will this evolve as the LSP solutions develop over time

• Clinician Engagement – need input at design stage, through deployment and as users post go-live
